PROCESS
Briefing
Ceri will travel to your home or your business and spend time investigating your requirements and the building, discussing your brief and offering the relevant advice for your project.
Mood & Sample Boards
This will include mood images of the direction the concept will go in and sample boards of fabrics, wall finishes, floor coverings and furniture as per your requirements, in line with discussions following your initial consultation.
Design Development
Architectural drawings and detailed specifications of all parts of the design will be produced. Development working alongside you or other stakeholders with the aim to achieve the desired look and feel within any set budget.
3D Visuals
Sketch visuals to aid your full understanding of the proposed concepts. (Any photo realistic visuals if required will incur an additional cost.)
Technical
Detailed design drawings will be produced for furniture and electrical layouts. If required, detailed drawings for the manufacturing of bespoke furniture pieces and joinery items will be drawn up as well.
Bespoke
Ceri can design and with trusted craftsmen that he works with, manufacture and supply bespoke items specifically for your project. This includes bespoke upholstery, sofas, beds, headboards, desks, bars, wardrobes etc.
Procurement, Supply & Styling
Kinley Morgan Design can source and supply all your fabric, wallpapers, lighting, furnishing and accessories. A detailed quotation will be collated for your approval. If you require tradesmen to complete your project, Ceri can organize and assist with project management. At the end of the project, Kinley Morgan can offer to style your project using the amazing talents of Louise to help add those finishing touches.
