Tampopo Restaurant - Corn Exchange, Manchester 

Located in the basement of the Corn Exchange, a grand and iconic building Victorian building in the heart of Manchester, the design was developed on a concept of the founders travels throughout the Far East and his passion of the cuisine. 

 

 

 

Customers are transported to the hustle and bustle, ramshackle atmosphere of a country far out East with bright colours, graphic advertising and creative lighting. Tampopo's relaxed atmophere is part of its drawer and the design is unpretentious but welcoming and provides an exciting backdrop to the wonderful food. 

 

 

 

 

To help the budget, a lot of the existing biuldings' original and sometimes time worn shell were left as is to add to the feel of the restaurant.
